wanna delete recent documents in start menu delete contains of following folder

C:/documents and settings\username\local settings\recent
and delete it
adj1993

Join date : 2010-06-13

but bro...
i saw that from start >> my recent documents...
we can delete all the files that we have views till now, and if we download anything from internet that file appear there also....
is it same that you have mentioned above.....???
